My name is Chantal and I have been a licensed and certified esthetician for 6 years. I absolutely love what I do. I specialize in full body waxing, lash services and so much more, but I really pride myself in having all my first time Brazilian wax clients come back to me! I love building women up and making them feel good about themselves and changing the stigma around waxing being a traumatic experience. Cancellation Policy
We know things happen but your appointment time is reserved just for you. When it’s missed without notice, I lose the opportunity to serve another client who may be on my waitlist. Failure to show up to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours will result in 50% no show/late cancellation fee being charged to the card on file. If the card on file does not process your no show fee, you will be restricted from online booking until past dues are paid. If you are required to leave a deposit at the time of booking, it is NON REFUNDABLE. Your deposit is used towards your service and secures your appointment time. In the event that you cannot give the 24hrs notice the deposit is forfeited.
Clients have up to 10 minutes to arrive, if you are running behind please let me know, as it could affect your service! By booking you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
